ECHO PARTNERS ECHO Minnesota is a coalition of public health, safety and other government agencies, ethnic advisory organizations, private and non-profit organizations. ECHO works to ensure that all Minnesotans receive health and safe information in languages they know best. ECHO is grateful for the financial and professional staff contributions and support throughout these years of growth and development particularly from our health and safety partners in the Twin Cities and across Greater Minnesota.
